14-day easy returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. We keep it simple and friendly — no drama.

We accept if

  • Item is unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are attached
  • Request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Size is wrong or item arrived defective

We don't accept if

  • Item has been worn, washed or damaged
  • Tags or packaging are removed or missing
  • Sale / final-sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Request is made after 14 days from delivery
